聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)氨酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)組(zu)(zu)合料又稱聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)氨酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)黑(hei)(hei)白(bai)料,由聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)醚(mi)單體(ti)、勻泡劑(ji)、交聯劑(ji)、催化(hua)劑(ji)、發泡劑(ji)等多種組(zu)(zu)份(fen)組(zu)(zu)合而(er)成(cheng),在(zai)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)氨酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)硬(ying)(ying)(ying)酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)泡沫原料體(ti)系中被(bei)稱為白(bai)料;在(zai)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)氨酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)硬(ying)(ying)(ying)酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)泡沫原料體(ti)系中,異(yi)氰(qing)(qing)酸酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)組(zu)(zu)份(fen)為含有(you)(you)一定量較(jiao)高(gao)官能(neng)度的異(yi)氰(qing)(qing)酸酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)與(yu)二苯基甲烷二異(yi)氰(qing)(qing)酸酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(MDI)的混(hun)合物(wu),官能(neng)度約(yue)為2.6~2.7,室溫下為深棕色液體(ti),粘度比聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)氨酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)白(bai)料(組(zu)(zu)合聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)醚(mi))大(da),俗稱聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)氨酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)黑(hei)(hei)料。聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)氨酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)硬(ying)(ying)(ying)泡組(zu)(zu)合聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)醚(mi)和異(yi)氰(qing)(qing)酸酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)組(zu)(zu)份(fen)共稱聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)氨酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)黑(hei)(hei)白(bai)料。聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)氨酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)黑(hei)(hei)料與(yu)白(bai)料按(an)比例(li)攪拌混(hun)合后發生聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)合反(fan)應,生成(cheng)具有(you)(you)獨立閉孔結構的聚(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)氨酯(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)硬(ying)(ying)(ying)質泡沫塑(su)料。
聚氨酯AB組合料為保證(zheng)各(ge)組分的計(ji)(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)精度(du)(du),多元(yuan)醇原(yuan)料(liao)一般都(dou)在25~50°C恒溫條件下進行計(ji)(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)、輸送,某些擴鏈劑(ji)(ji)(ji)、輔助發(fa)泡劑(ji)(ji)(ji)等組分在較(jiao)低溫度(du)(du)下易出(chu)現結晶,或(huo)在較(jiao)高(gao)溫度(du)(du)下易產生汽(qi)化,對此,均應采(cai)取適當的溫度(du)(du)控制措(cuo)施(shi)。由于眾多配(pei)合(he)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)的用(yong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)較(jiao)小,且計(ji)(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)筒(tong)(tong)是以(yi)體積來實(shi)施(shi)計(ji)(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的,為減少計(ji)(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)誤差,應考(kao)慮各(ge)配(pei)合(he)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)原(yuan)料(liao)的密(mi)度(du)(du),計(ji)(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)筒(tong)(tong)應細而長為宜。在有條件的情況下,可以(yi)采(cai)用(yong)多個(ge)活塞式注射管狀計(ji)(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)裝置。當然(ran),對于小型(xing)組合(he)料(liao)混配(pei)企(qi)業,包(bao)裝也可以(yi)采(cai)用(yong)將(jiang)原(yuan)料(liao)依次(ci)稱量(liang)(liang)(liang)加入的簡易方(fang)法(fa),包(bao)裝用(yong)聚氨酯AB組合(he)料(liao)。
